Refund and Returns Policy

Exchange Eligibility

Jewelry sold by Gurram Silver Palace can be exchanged, provided the product is in its original condition and the original invoice is produced.

Condition for Exchange

Exchanges are not permitted if the product is damaged or if stones are missing.

Time Frame

Exchanges can be made within seven (7) days of purchase, provided the jewelry is not used or damaged.

Value Deduction

Value Addition (VA) and making charges will be deducted from the amount paid. Exchanges will be done based on the remaining value as per the following:

• Gold (Net Weight): Prevailing market price
• Diamonds: 100% value
• Un-Cut Diamonds: 85% value
• Precious Stones: 85% value
• Kundan: 80% of value after deducting making and value addition charges
• Victorian: 70% of value after deducting making and value addition charges
• Platinum: 70% of value after deducting making and value addition charges
• Pearls: Exchange pearls for pearls within three (3) months

No Cash Refunds

No cash refunds will be provided for any product. Customers must purchase another product for the full value given for the old product being exchanged.

Exclusions

No exchange or refund on semi-precious stones, cubic zirconia, birthstones, beads, and all silver-alloy studded products.
